Watched Season 3 Episodes 9 and 10 (latest as of right now). Still very cool! Nice ecchi scenes.

I watched this as it came out; it took a long time because there was a hiatus during the winter -- after the episode ending with the church doors being kicked in by Subaru and Reinhard. Also, I'm usually late in watching new seasons of anime because I think they won't be good as the ones before -- usually I'm wrong (this time I wasn't just because the first two seasons of Re:Zero are just so good).
Apart from the nice ecchi scenes and Subaru swing around with his whip and returning from the craziest deaths ever (sharing the experience of someone else falling to death), there is also Reinhard's grandfather Wilhelm van Astrea's backstory with his lover and wife, Theresia van Astrea. I really like the art style of Theresia, and the pair make a really cute couple.

The season got a little sappy towards the end, with some parts having a little too much talk -- until the shock in the last part of the final episode when Emilia couldn't remember Julius!
Can't wait till the next season -- hopefully there is more return by death (when it's necessary, obviously). Let me know what you thought in the comments.
