This is one of the cutest romances I have watched in a long time.
The anime is about, Hideki Motosuwa, a student from the countryside, who couldn't get into college. He decides to attend a prep school in Tokyo so that he can take next year's enters entry.
In the city, the majority of people have personal robots called Persocoms. He wishes he could have one himself, but they are far too expensive.
Then one day, he finds a really cute Persocom in a pile of rubbish…
