Jojo Rabbit -- Movie Review

Warning this is does Contain some Spoilers!

This movie is very much like BlacKkKlansman in it's light hearted retelling the dark times of history. One difference, however, is that it takes a turn from the idea that any individual, let alone a group of people are all bad. Jojo Rabbit shows the world from a young Nazi's point of view to help us understand what the world was like for German children.

Johannes 'Jojo' Betzler, nicknamed Jojo Rabbit, acted by Roman Griffin Davis, is a young Nazi who's imaginery friend is Adolf Hitler (Taika Waititi). He lives with his mum (Scarlett Johansson) who's a rebel hiding a Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in his dead sisters bedroom.

This obviously doesn't go well with Jojo...

Rating (Out of Five): 5
