Attack on Titan was good, but it wasn't great. Apart from the fighting titans part, there wasn't much else to it. So it did get a bit boring after a while. Also, it does do a good job of killing of a lot of the characters that we get attached to. Which is actually the only good thing it seems to do.
I guess I'm just biased because it doesn't really tug at your heart strings and the fact that there is only one person who really acts like a hero and that's Captain Levi (Levi Ackerman).
Other than that, there's nothing wrong with it. It's filled with awesome fight scenes (that are from Levi).
